Samsung PN43D490 43-Inch 720p 600Hz 3D Plasma HDTV

I purchased this Tv set to replace a Thirty-two inch lcd New samsung, which I was really dissapointed together with and had to return. The issues: After asking a number of people everyone said just about all Samsung’s had the best sections. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Straight talk samsung makes some bad tv’s like all other companies. The tv showed a number of fainted lines every time you panned, which became frustrating after a while. I delivered the tv and purchased this one and compensated a bit more.

Extremely satisfied I PN43D490 did. I watch a lot of sports as well as Plasma is the strategy to use, motion looks excellent. I’ve tested lots of video games(360 and also PS3) with a lot of activity, everything looks greats, the colors pop, your menu’s are straight forward. Screened a few Blurays too, and so they look amazing. Animations I haven’t tested, certainly not interested either.

All I can say is if you possess the space get this television, only drawback could be the glare as other reviews point out. This was not a problem for me since I have a dark space.
