I’ve owned this plasma for a week directly and bought it in the shop for $800 plus tax. Im a videophile and am a picky individual when it comes to my tv’s. This is the 3rd put ive owned in 2 years. The first was an lg 1080p 55 inch, considerably that’s got south quick because fast moving images would become blocky so I took it back. Then I bought a 32 1080p sony LCD and it the pic looked good somtimes merely nigh of the time it received blotchy colors and unspeakable shadow details no topic what positioning you used, then the screen started to circle (dark lines on it). Then I went to samsung Passed and the back light bleed in all corners ruined movies for me the tech came to cook it and made it worst, brought it back the next day.
Ok thence I went look for a new plasma, which ive discovered constantly created movies look better, and plasmas are favorites by about people who watch a luck of movies. Ive always been frightened die by the sting in effect. Thence after a portion of enquiry I got this one the price and movie was I was look for. I will pronounce this on the picky slope of things for pic lover. The 16×9 black bars you see on most films with not exist delivery black, they are Identical ending but no issue what ya you do they will be a few shades off. They are eventide in colour and it doesn’t bother me compared to the LCD/LED ones that are blackamoor in the centre and gray on the ends. Likewise this tv has some sort of Fluid motion tech constructed into it, much similar 120 hz Lcds receive it makes the movement more fluid. No plasmas don’t need this because they forge differently, simply LG must believe people desire movies to flavor more life like, but the fluid move ruins movies LG 50PV450 and makes them feel cheap and build the motions feel also quick4 for their own good. My only complaint is I don’t know how to turn this feature off. I see a pic style option, but it wont permit me choose it?????? The image colors are rich and sharp and if you tweak them you will detect what your look for.
