I'm a Sony serviceman and felt that they simply couldn't arrived up to the Samsung for some reason. I wanted to buy the Sony XBR8 simply they discontinued them. Thus after long hours of hand twisting I got to Samsung. Thence far I've been pleasantly surprised. The movie is merely peachy UN55C6800 and sometimes is just beautiful. The speaker organization has much to exist desired but I merely coursed the environs levelheaded if I'm watching something of value. The app's are ok if you need them just working them through the remote has to go. I stream Netflex through the blueray player so the TV incline of the app's isn't necessary (but I did fed lines to the ethernet connections, didn't bother feeding wireless). I bought this through Amazon and I did wage a few dollars more But they offered a 30 daytime return policy if it got DOA or I didn't similar it over the period. I was identical concerned nigh SHIPPING it…. at times I believed I must be crazy, Just I tracked it from Pop to a warehouse at JFK and then to my house. I looked in the motortruck when it came and there was 12 others waiting to exist delivered. It appears that the shipping vexation was a non issue. All that said, thus far I'm very happy with the buy of the UN55C6800 from Amazon, the delivery and the quality of the set. I likewise became 2 yrs no interest via a the Amazon credit card.
