AVOID THIS COMPANY!! My unit arrived broken. Haier customer service was rude & obnoxious. They were wholly unapologetic & seemed to pass away of their mode to exist UNHELPFUL. When I finally bullied them into action, they wanted a full hebdomad to send away a service serviceman who may or may not experience been able to ready it. I spoke to both customer service and corporate, both were extremely rude and completely useless. What’s more, Haier HNSB02BB Refrigerator neither one received the decency to so much as apologize. NEVER AGAIN.
