The five stars are earned by the furniture and Amazon. The manufacturer gets nothing stars. My husband and I purchased the intact DaVinci Parker posed and were identical pleased with the appearance, easiness of assembly and craftsmanship of the products. However, there were some damaged regions during shipping and we contacted Million Dollar Baby (the manufacturer) to request replacements.
The process is ridiculous. There are no telephone numbers to contact. We received to filling away incident reports on each point and include photographic evidence of the damaged regions (good portion on taking pictures to establish pieces are missing), including our original invoices showing our shipping address to prove we were really the buyer. The website understandably states a response will be issued in 72 hours.
Two weeks later we got an email stating that our request was incomplete and we taken to submit extra information in guild to exist sent the replacement parts.
In the meantime, we received contacted Amazon reckoning the issue. DaVinci Parker 4 in 1 Crib with Toddler Rail In the time it brought Million Dollar Babe to respond another extra furniture laid was shipped to us, therefore we could detect the replacement regions necessary and ship back the broken pieces with the replacement to Amazon. Thank goodness we ordered through Amazon or this would’ve been a nursery nightmare.
